After moving to a new country, doing deep inner work, and having an honest talk with myself, I found the answer: If I don’t follow this path, I won’t be truly happy. So now, I choose art — fully and consciously. I go deep, not wide. I paint in oil on canvas, with a foundation in classical academic technique, but I break the rules when they get in the way of expressing something true.
