Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We ship internationally from Germany using trusted courier services.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Processing time: 2–5 business days.
Delivery time: varies by country (usually 7–14 business days).
All artworks are carefully packaged for safe transport.

Returns
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos.
We will either replace the item (in case of prints) or issue a refund.

Please note:

Custom-made or personalized orders (e.g., signed prints) are non-refundable.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
